IIS/FTP server

At first install the IIS component as the same way of the other component of the server

IIS Configuration

1.       Then follow the next instruction and give next in two steps

2.       Then IP address will be that IP what the computer IP

3.       Path selection

4.       Then set the permission what you want.

FTP site properties

1.       Here we can select that what we want as like connection limitation in the FTP connections and we can also change the log file system

2.       In security account tab we can give the permission by default to the user without password.(Don’t change the security options)  

3.       Message is use for what message we want to in our server

4.       Home directory is use for what location we want to keep our documents about server.

5.       Directory security is use for deny the access of any computer what we want to limit there we just have to give the IP address of the server. Here is two options one is Granted access and Denied access which will select that IP will select as the selection.

Ready the FTP server

At first we have to restart the server

File for FTP have to be make on the DNS server

Now we will keep some file on FTP root

1.       Copy some file.

2.       Go to the place where the FTP root file is

3.       Under C drive

4.        Inetpub

5.       Ftproot

6.       Then paste the files what you want.

Check the connection of ftp server

Write on the cmd promote (ping ftp.netbd.com) (as your domain name)

 Access from the client pc

We have to use software like cute ftp software

Then we have to type the address from where we want download the file

Then we will get the files on right panel

Then it will be downloaded.
